This design eliminates the need for rubber gaskets. The modules are insulated with 80mm thick insulation to minimize heat loss.<\/p>\n<h2>HEATING &amp; VENTILATION<\/h2>\n<p>Forced air circulation is achieved using powerful circulation fans, with one fan positioned above each trolley.<\/p>\n<h2>MICROPROCESSOR<\/h2>\n<p>The cooking chamber is fully computer-controlled, overseeing and regulating the entire production process.
